We are two Electrical Engineering students from Sonoma State University who were challenged to use the skills we have aquired thoughout our years at school to create a device that would dimonstrate some type of artistic funtionality while also implimenting electrical components. After many hours of discussion with our academic advisor, we accepted the project of what we now call the Vortex Laser Scanner.
